One of our memorable gigs that didn't make the list was at the Nickle Studio at the top of the Memorial Centre in Red Deer. Nice, intimate venue, wonderful supportive audience. Probably high time we played there again.

This is brilliant writing. A man experiences heartbreak (we'll assume caused by a female companion), then never mentions his feelings again, talking only about man stuff, blaming his tears on the ever-present island mist.
